I’ve been blogging for the last couple of years. I started out on Blogspot and then moved to a group blog on my own server called The Pentavirate. I’m now starting this solo blog.
 I’m starting this out by sharing some real estate information I’ve learned by selling some of my homes without the use of an agent. I’m very political minded of the conservative persuasion so I’ll definitely have my share of political posts to share. I work as a Software Engineer for a large defense contractor so don’t be surprised by a technology related post here and there.
